School Council

We are St James' School Council 2017-18

We get to meet with our Headteacher throughout the term and are involved in improving things around school.  When we have important visitors we sometimes get to met them.  When parents visit to choose a new school for their child, we always take them on a visit around the classrooms and tell them all about life at St James'.

It is good being on School Council because you feel involved with things.  We work together and suggest things.  We have talked about why some children get more stickers than others when we all do good work and things.  Last year, the SC asked for lockers and now we have got them - in Year 6, 5, 4 and 3 anyway -  they are fantastic.
